Dancer count is strictly monitored within each ballroom, to create a safe, supportive and engaging environment.
Space is limited, please register early to secure your spot!
Studios registering minimum of five dancers are eligible to receive a studio rebate, when registering by the cut off dates below.
10% Rebate – Oct. 15
5% Rebate – Dec. 1
‘Competition Only’ Option:
We will open up the competition for dancers who only want to compete (and not attend the convention) six weeks prior to event. This will only be an option if space is available and will be accepted in order of registration.
If space is available for Chicago, this option will become available on January 16, 2026.
