Details of Assistant Program

This honorable and coveted program gives dancers the opportunity to assist the Fluid Faculty while building a strong work ethic through professional training.

• The Fluid Force is not only an Assistant Program, but a Mentorship Program from industry leaders. Fluid supplies guidance, leading the members closer to each of their individual goals and dreams.

• Assistants travel with Fluid Dance faculty and team throughout the tour season; committing to a minimum of four regional city stop locations.

• Outside of assisting the faculty throughout convention classes, Force members will assist backstage during competition, merchandise sales and ad-hoc projects throughout event weekend.

• All travel and hotel arrangements are the responsibility of each Force member. Discounted hotel room rates are always available at each Fluid Dance host hotel.

• Customized Fluid Force apparel and swag will be gifted to each member.

Want to join the 2028 Fluid Force Team? How to apply:

1. The 2028 Fluid Force Audition will take place at NATIONALS 2027 (June 23-27), in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Dancers will participate within the special Force Focus Master Classes, provided only for the Fluid Force Applicants.

• Private itinerary will be provided for the audition applicants.

• Meet and connect with other Force applicants.

• Opportunity to perform within the Closing Show performance.

• 2028 Fluid Force applicants will be contacted privately regarding their acceptance status within five days following the conclusion of Nationals.

2. Dancer must be 15 years of age at time of audition.

3. Must complete and submit online application by June 1. (click the link below to submit) By submitting this application, the Fluid team will be prepared for your audition and bonus Force Focus classes, upon arrival at Nationals 2027.
