Rebate Program

A program for studios to receive a rebate check when completing full registering early, for an upcoming event. Please read through terms and tiered deadline dates.

Terms and Conditions

This Rebate Program is only allowed for Studios. Independent entries are not eligible.

Studio must have a minimum of 5 attending convention dancers to qualify for the rebate.

Full payment must be received by ‘Tier’ date associated with the city stop, in order to qualify for rebate.

Tier I

10% REBATE

Register as a studio, with full payment received by assigned date, and receive a 10% Rebate check, to the studio, onsite at event.

Tier II

5% REBATE

Register as a studio, with full payment received by assigned date, and receive a 5% Rebate check, to the studio, onsite at event.

Registration Cut Off Date

Final date to register for the event weekend.

Post Registration Cut Off Date

If space is still available, you may register with a late fee assessed. Additional $40/dancer for Convention and an additional $30/routine for Competition.
